To cancel your membership, you may do so at any time by contacting our Customer Service Representatives at (844) 253-1311, available during the following times:

Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 9 PM EST
Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM EST
Sunday: 1 PM - 6 PM EST

Please have your membership information (Member ID, first & last name, and address used to sign up) ready when calling to ensure a smooth experience. After cancelling your membership there will be no future charges.

Alternatively, you can log into your customer portal and cancel under the Billing History section of the My Account page. Please note, we do not offer refunds or prorated refunds upon cancellation.

You will be automatically directed to our member portal once you have successfully completed the enrollment process. From the member dashboard, you can easily navigate between the different benefits. You will also receive a welcome e-mail that contains your log in credentials and other important information about your membership.

You will be sent a welcome e-mail within 24 hours of enrollment. If you have not received your e-mail in that time frame, be sure to check your spam folder. You should also add noreply@mycreditlookup.com to ensure prompt delivery. Should you still not receive your welcome e-mail, please contact us at the customer service number referenced above.

Important Information: The credit score(s) you receive from us may not be the same scores used by lenders or other commercial users for credit decisions. There are various types of credit scores, and lenders may use a different type of credit score to make lending decisions than the ones being offered.

Under federal law you have the right to receive a Credit Report from each of the three nationwide consumer reporting agencies once every 12 months. A Credit Score is not included.

After verification of your identity, your scores are available for immediate online delivery securely. Scores shown are for illustrative purposes only.
